However, it is important to note that our products are sold as is, with no guarantee or warranty for normal wear and tear.
When it comes to live edge tables, it is important to understand that they will never be perfect. Due to the natural characteristics of the wood, small imperfections may be present and bubbles in epoxy are a normal occurrence. Our woodworkers do their best to minimize any imperfections, but it is important to remember that this is an art, and perfection is not always achievable.
Additionally, changes in climate or air humidity can cause warping and cupping of the wood over time. We take great care to brace and properly dry the wood, but it is an inherent nature of the material that it can gain and lose moisture, potentially affecting the integrity and flatness of the board. As a result, we cannot guarantee our slabs from future damage caused by environmental factors.
It is also important to note that we do not offer a warranty for watermarks used with the epoxy or straight wood grain. We strongly advise against putting any water products, or allowing sweat stains from glasses, etc. on the table top.
However, if for some reason the top becomes damaged due to lack of craftsmanship, we will offer a warranty for a limited lifetime and can also arrange for a fee-based refresher to restore the piece to its original state.
